We can use prescriptions that are less than 24 months old, and even those older than that. Don’t have your prescription handy? No problem. We can 3D scan the lenses in your current glasses to replicate their exact specifications, giving you a perfect match to what you already have.

FAQ
In order to make new lenses that are customized to your vision, we need your vision test/glasses prescription.
We recommend that your vision test is no more than 12 months old.
If you don't have an eye test, you can get one done at all major optician chains or at your ophthalmologist.
Alternatively, we can copy the strengths from the existing lenses if your glasses already have the strengths you need.
Can I get subsidies from Health Insurance Denmark?
Yes, as a member of Health Insurance Denmark you can get up to DKK 800 in subsidies for new sunglasses.
After you have received your glasses, you simply need to submit your invoice and an eye test that is no more than 12 months old
Should you always use an eye test?
Not necessarily.
If your vision has not changed, we can 3D scan your glasses and copy the strengths from your old lenses. In this case, we do not need an eye test and you can simply select 'scan glasses' during your order. If your vision has changed, we will need an eye test. We always recommend that your eye test is no more than 12 months old.
How long does it take to change glass?
Our delivery time is a maximum of 5-10 business days from the day we receive your glasses. However, we always strive to deliver your frames with new lenses as quickly as possible and many of our customers experience that we deliver the glasses ahead of schedule.

Can you buy glass with a sliding transition?
Yes, it is possible to order glasses with a sliding transition (multi-vision glasses).You can read more about our sliding transition glasses here .
Is it safe to send my glasses by mail?
You can safely send your glasses to us. We have sent several thousand packages with GLS without ever losing a package. In addition, all shipments are insured up to DKK 10,000.
