We are a Danish online optician dedicated to providing our customers with the best service and offering affordable lenses of the highest quality. Our goal is to make it easy and affordable to get your lenses replaced - without compromising on quality.

Frequently Asked Questions
In order to make new lenses that are customized to your vision, we need your vision test/glasses prescription.
We recommend that your vision test is no more than 12 months old.
If you don't have an eye test, you can get one done at all major optician chains or at your ophthalmologist.
Alternatively, we can copy the strengths from the existing lenses if your glasses already have the strengths you need.
Not necessarily.
If your vision has not changed, we can 3D scan your glasses and copy the prescriptions from your old lenses. In this case, we do not need an eye test and you can simply select 'scan glasses' during your order.
If your vision has changed, we will need an eye test. We always recommend that your eye test is no more than 12 months old.
We use a new precision technology that allows us to precisely position the smooth transition in relation to your eyes and your frame, based on images.
You can safely send your glasses to us. We have sent several thousand packages with GLS without ever losing a package. In addition, all shipments are insured up to DKK 10,000.
Our delivery time is a maximum of 5-10 business days from the day we receive your glasses. However, we always strive to deliver your frames with new lenses as quickly as possible and many of our customers experience that we deliver the glasses early.

Absolutely fantastic concept, easy, although it can of course feel challenging to buy glasses online. Lightning fast service - and perfect product
I had a pair of glasses with very worn lenses but with a frame that I am happy with. When I found Glassify online and wrote to them, I got a response every time within a few minutes. Super service at half the price....
Worn lenses needed to be replaced - frames were ok.
Various dealers offered prices from the cheapest DKK 6,500. The most expensive was 8,900.
Glassify, on the other hand, was able to replace -curved- glasses with a sliding transition, for 3,500, via the included vision test and picture of the frame.
Everything went as agreed and on time, and the result is exactly as desired and promised.
