Super service, both before, during and after the purchase. And the prices are almost laughable. I paid just under DKK 3,000 for two glasses, which was a little less than half the price compared to the cheapest price at a "regular" optician. The only downside was that their invoice did not meet the Danish Health Insurance's requirements for reimbursement. We got that resolved, but it would have been nice if it had been "Danmarks sikker" by default. Let's call it a small improvement potential, but nothing that reduces the number of stars.
Will 100% use Glassify again
I have never had my glasses replaced online before, but I will definitely use Glassify again next time. I first wrote to their customer service who quickly responded and answered my question regarding PD. Glassify sent a box to my home and I already received the glasses back with new lenses after 6 days. Only praise from here!
